Servicing your car is probably not something you’ve ever looked forward to. At Sutherland Nissan, we want to make

servicing your car a breeze. We do everything we can to ensure that you and your vehicle are well looked after –

and that you’re back on the road in no time at all.

OUR SERVICING COMMITMENT TO YOU

As a valued customer, you’ll benefit from a convenient, FREE shuttle bus service Monday – Friday.

Courtesy bus available from 7:30am to 9:00am servicing Sutherland, Gymea and Miranda train stations (including Westfield Miranda).

9:00am to 10:00 the bus will service the east side of the train line

10:00am to 11:00am the bus will service the west side of the train line

Between 11:00am and 4:30pm (when the service stops) it is on a call by call basis.

Please contact 1hr before needing collection to ensure we can accommodate you.

Loan Vehicles

If you’d prefer to have a loan vehicle whilst your motor is being serviced, we can provide one for you for a nominal

fee of $45 per day, subject to availability and a few terms and conditions. If you think you’ll require a loan vehicle,

please let us know as soon as you’ve booked your service – that way we can reserve your loan car immediately.

Extended Hours Check-in and Collection

We know it can be frustrating having to take time out of work to get your car serviced. To ensure our service isn’t

disruptive to your day, we gladly offer you an early drop-off service before we’ve opened our showroom. Collection

after hours isn’t a problem either. We have a safe and secure lock out system that means you can drop by after your

day is done.

Customer Waiting Lounge

You are of course always welcome to make yourself at home in our comfortable customer lounge, whilst your vehicle

is being serviced. In our lounge, you’ll find Foxtel, the morning papers, fresh coffee and light refreshments. We’ve also

recently introduced free Wi-Fi too, just ask one of our friendly team members about a password on your visit.

Payment Options

We offer a full range of EFTPOS, credit card and fleet card payment options that includes motor pass, motor charge

and Amex. If your car needs servicing, leave it with us and we’ll have your car on the road again as quickly as possible!

 

We now offer Open Pay to all of our customers at Sutherland Nissan. You can choose 3, 6, 9 or a 12 monthly payment plan.
